Greg Towle - Head Coach

With over 20 years of coaching experience across all levels and disciplines in the sport of swimming, Greg has developed the skills and ability to provide a well structured and balanced program for anyone who walks into the program whatever there desired goals.

Starting as a National swimmer himself, who moved into LTS and junior coaching Greg has progressed through the sport in all its forms. 

As a professional, Greg has owned and operated swim schools as well as managing sporting facilities. Additionally, Greg has taught in high schools and delivered vocational programs and accreditations. Over the years Greg has sat on a number of Committees and Boards both as a Director and President. 

The highlight of his career however, is the 8 years spent as SAL’s National Open Water Swimming Head Coach which enabled him to represent Australia on every stage, including both the Beijing and London Olympics. Greg’s passion for swimming and in particular high performance, coach mentoring, athlete development and program management, together with years of experience has allowed him to step back on deck to develop and grow GT Performance Swimming.
